Full Service Payroll
Williams
& Keckler has been providing Full Service Payroll to a wide variety of
businesses for several years now.
We currently serve many clients in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky with
all their payroll related needs.
Our services are tailored to fit the individual needs of each
company, large or small, simple or diverse.
This
service, at a minimum, includes:
- Preparation
of payroll checks (direct deposit is available)
- Employer
reports (payroll check register, etc.)
- Remittance
of the related taxes, garnishments, etc.
- Required
reporting of new hires to appropriate state agencies
- Quarterly
and year-end reporting, including W-2 forms
Because
we know each business has its own set of desired reporting, we strive to
meet the individual needs of each client.

information tracking for retirement and other benefit plans;
preparation of wage verification reports; accumulation of all reports
necessary for UC reviews and audits; special reports needed as managerial

Quarterly and Annual Payroll Tax Forms
We currently prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax forms for over
70 companies in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, in addition to our Full
Service Payroll clients.
Technology services and support
Our staff includes qualified personnel trained to set up complete
technology systems for specific business needs. We also assist with
established systems.
Our services include:
- Evaluation of current
computer system and recommendation of any hardware or software
upgrades and/or changes including: networking, reliable and
sufficient backups, antivirus protection, firewalls, etc.
- Installation, setup, and
configuration of both software and hardware.

Williams & Keckler, LLC is
an authorized consultant for MAS 90 accounting software for midsize
businesses. We work extensively with Peachtree, an ideal solution for
most small businesses. We also assist with QuickBooks and a variety of
other software packages.

Williams & Keckler, LLC
provides complete E-file services for most tax returns. The world is
moving forward electronically and the IRS is setting goals to insure
ALL taxpayers do the same. What does this mean for you? According to
the IRS, electronic filing of income tax returns has become more
convenient, more economical, 99% accurate and expected. Other options
are quickly disappearing. The IRS ended its TeleFile program August
16, 2005. In addition, the IRS will NO LONGER be providing free tax
forms to Post Offices, Libraries, and Financial Institutions,
effective this filing season.
Taxpayers who e-file and choose direct deposit get their refunds in
half the time of those who file a paper return. Taxpayers with tax
money owed can hold payments up until April 15, even when their
returns are e-filed months earlier.
In the past, Williams & Keckler, LLC electronically filed returns
only at the client’s request. However, because of current and
upcoming mandates from both the IRS and the Indiana Department of
Revenue, we are now strongly encouraging ALL clients to e-file.

Our services also include preparation of other tax forms such as:
sales and use, innkeepers, and fuel tax forms for Indiana and the
neighboring states.
Personal Property Tax and Enterprise Zone
Forms
Each year we prepare over a hundred personal property tax forms for
all localities in our state and neighboring states. This is more
commonly referred to as “inventory tax.”
